Mark E. Yale, Interim Co – Chief Executive Officer

Mark E. Yale is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Interim Co-CEO of Washington Prime Group. In this position, Mr. Yale is responsible for the organization's financial management and reporting. He oversees accounting, finance, investor relations, and information services. Mr. Yale assumed the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer role in January 2015 and was previously the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Glimcher Realty Trust, which was acquired by Washington Prime Group Inc. in January 2015.

Previously, Mr. Yale served as Manager of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Storage USA, a division of General Electric (GE) Real Estate of Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to the acquisition of Storage USA Inc. by GE Real Estate in 2002, Mr. Yale was Senior Vice President for Financial Reporting at Storage USA. His experience at Storage USA encompassed the areas of financial reporting, capital formation, strategic planning and productivity improvement. Mr. Yale also successfully managed the company's financial and accounting functions through the acquisition integration. Prior to joining Storage USA, he was a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Baltimore, Maryland.

Mr. Yale holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Richmond. He is a member of the board of directors for the Wexner Heritage Village.

Joshua P. Lindimore, Interim Co – Chief Executive Officer

Joshua P. Lindimore serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Leasing, and Interim Co-CEO of Washington Prime Group. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Head of Leasing, from October 2017 to May 2019, and as Senior Vice President, Leasing, for the Company. He also served as Vice President, Leasing, for Glimcher Realty Trust, which was acquired by Washington Prime Group Inc. in January 2015.

Before joining Glimcher in November 2010 as Senior Director, Leasing, Mr. Lindimore was previously with the company as Regional Leasing Manager and also spent several years as a Leasing Executive with Steiner & Associates.

In his role, Mr. Lindimore leads leasing direction and strategy for Washington Prime Group’s national portfolio of enclosed, open air, and joint venture properties, in addition to managing and mentoring other key members of the leasing team. Mr. Lindimore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University.

Robert P. Demchak ESQ., Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Robert P. Demchak assumed the role of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in June 2016. Previously, Mr. Demchak served as Executive Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Washington Prime Group Inc. since October 2015. Additionally, Mr. Demchak served as General Counsel and Secretary of Washington Prime Group Inc. from May 2014 until August 2015.

In his current role, Mr. Demchak oversees all of the Company's legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Melissa A. Indest, Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer

Lisa A. Indest is Executive Vice President, Finance, and Chief Accounting Officer of Washington Prime Group. Previously, she held the role of Senior Vice President, Finance, and Chief Accounting Officer at WPG and the same role at Glimcher Realty Trust, which was acquired by Washington Prime Group Inc. in January 2015, and where she also held the role of Vice President, Finance and Accounting. She oversees investor relations, financial reporting, strategic planning, lease accounting, credit, as well as corporate communications.

Prior to joining Glimcher in 2003, Ms. Indest served in various accounting and operational roles with Corporate Express of Cincinnati, Ohio, where she most recently held the title of President, Central Midwest Division. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Ms. Indest received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Akron. She serves on the board of directors for Lifeline of Ohio.

Stephan G. Gerber, Senior Vice President, Head of Property Management

Steve Gerber serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Property Management as of May 2018. Previously, Mr. Gerber was Vice President, Regional Director of Property Management, of Washington Prime Group and held the same role at Glimcher Realty Trust, which was acquired by Washington Prime Group in January 2015. He was previously Regional Director and General Manager with Glimcher and his property team was awarded Team of the Year while serving as General Manager.

Mr. Gerber previously held several positions as Regional Manager and Director of Operations prior to joining Glimcher, including positions of increased scope and responsibilities at Zale Corp and Downey Designs International. While at Zale Corp, he was named Special Events Regional Manager of the Year and received multiple MVP Awards for Regional Manager of the Quarter. While at Downey Designs International, he became a Million Dollar Club Personal Sales Member at the age of 24. Mr. Gerber is a certified diamontologist and was Store Manager of Zale’s Jewelers at the age of 21. He grew up in retail and worked as a watch sales associate at the age of 16 at the erstwhile Sid’s Jewelers, located in Amarillo, Texas.

In his role, Mr. Gerber leads Property Management for Washington Prime Group. He is responsible for all aspects of Property Management and Operations and is actively involved in strategic initiatives at the property level, including the rollout of the Company’s ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ initiative in 2018. In addition, he supports innovation initiatives and Washington Prime Group collaborations. Mr. Gerber also leads and mentors the Property Management team.

Steve is a member of Washington Prime Group's ESG Executive Steering Committee.

Mr. Gerber is currently involved in numerous philanthropic and community endeavors including Pelotonia, a grass-roots annual bike tour that funds cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. He has served as the Team Captain of Washington Prime Group’s Pelotonia team since 2016. Mr. Gerber also remains active within the community as a Class One Certified high school baseball umpire and a Class One Certified high school football official. In addition, he is a member of the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA).

Pagle M. Helterbrand, Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Pagle M. Helterbrand is Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of Washington Prime Group. Previously she held the same role at Community Choice Financial. She is responsible for bringing stakeholder value through strategy, direction and leadership of the organization's human capital initiatives.

Ms. Helterbrand received a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds the designations of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP); HRCI's Senior Professional in Human Resources and California Certifications (SPHR-CA). Pagle is a member of Washington Prime Group's ESG Executive Steering Committee.

Jennifer Moretti, Senior Vice President, Chief Activation Officer

Jennifer Moretti serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Activation Officer of Washington Prime Group. Before joining Washington Prime Group in July 2017, Ms. Moretti was previously with L Brands' Victoria's Secret division, the leading specialty retailer of women's intimate apparel, fashion-inspired collections, prestige fragrances and PINK. She held the role of Senior Vice President In-Store Experience, Brand Delivery and Execution. While at Victoria's Secret she also served as Vice President Mega-Brand Visual, Creative and Marketing Operations, Vice President Visual Merchandising, Communications and Execution as well as held leadership positions of increased scope and responsibilities.

She leads transformation and growth of Washington Prime Group experiential marketing efforts, activation initiatives and strategic new business development. Her disciplines include creative services, digital marketing, events and programming, marketing operations, field marketing, public relations and sponsorship. In addition, she spearheads new Washington Prime Group initiatives, guides special projects and enables portfolio-wide execution efforts.

Jennifer is currently involved in numerous philanthropic and community endeavors including Pelotonia, a grass-roots annual bike tour that funds cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. She also serves on the Board of The Granville Parent Cooperative School. Jennifer is a member of Washington Prime Group’s ESG Executive Steering Committee.

Dan Scott, Senior Vice President, Head of Development

Dan Scott serves as Senior Vice President, Development of Washington Prime Group. In this position, Mr. Scott is responsible for anchor leasing and redevelopment efforts. He leads a dedicated group of Development professionals focused on the adaptive reuse of unproductive department store space. He has been an integral part of the Company’s success with department store anchor repositioning efforts to date.

Previously, Mr. Scott served as Vice President, Development for the Company. He was Vice President, Anchor Leasing for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) prior to joining Washington Prime Group. Mr. Scott also served as Vice President, Land Development for Crown American Realty Trust. He has over 25 years of real estate experience.

He holds a bachelor of political science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received his law degree from George Mason University’s School of Law.

Erich A. Stehle, Senior Vice President, Construction

Erich A. Stehle is Senior Vice President, Construction of Washington Prime Group and has 25 years of retail construction experience. Previously, Mr. Stehle served as Vice President, Construction for the Company, as well as Senior Director, Construction for Glimcher Realty Trust, which was acquired by Washington Prime Group Inc. in January 2015. Prior to that, he served as Project Manager at Triad Construction Management.

Mr. Stehle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the ICSC Professional Certification.

Mr. Stehle is currently involved in numerous philanthropic and community endeavors including Pelotonia, a grass-roots annual bike tour that funds cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, and he is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association.

Cheryl M. VanPatten, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Cheryl M. VanPatten is Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Washington Prime Group. Previously, she held the role of Vice President, Information Services at Glimcher Realty Trust, which was acquired by Washington Prime Group Inc. in January 2015.

She is responsible for providing solutions, direction and leadership regarding information technology to corporate and field operations and to other business partners.

Prior to joining Glimcher in 2010, Ms. VanPatten served as Vice President of Support Services at Influent, a privately held company that provides inbound, outbound, and business process outsourcing to a number of Fortune 500 and other leading companies.

While at Influent, she was responsible for all technical aspects of client relationships, including requirements analysis, scripting, leads processing, reporting and file transmissions. Previously, she held a wide range of IT and project management positions with Wendy's International, Inc. in Dublin, Ohio, with responsibility for the development and implementation of a number of strategically significant technology, development and operations projects.

Cheryl is chair of Washington Prime Group's ESG Executive Steering Committee.

Ms. VanPatten holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University. She serves on the board of directors for Columbus Speech and Hearing Center.
